Game Description

Ready to join Sophia again to solve the mystery of her disappearing people?

In Awakening: The Goblin Kingdom, Sophia, once a sheltered princess, awakens to find her castle and kingdom completely deserted. Determined to figure out what happened, she sets out into a world teeming with magic and intrigue.

Accompanied by a cute pocket dragon and a helper fairy, not to mention a stuck-up owl named Randolph, you will control Sophia on her quest. But beware - war is brewing between the goblins and humans from other kingdoms. You will have to figure out what is going on in Goblinhome and put things right before they go terribly wrong.

Fantastic Puzzle Variety

In The Goblin Kingdom, each scene contains items to collect, mysteries to solve and links to different puzzles that will provide clues about the story's main struggle. Unlike previous Awakening games, you don't tend to need to revisit scenes once you've completed each puzzle in them. This allows you to immerse yourself more completely in each puzzle.

Indeed, the great variety of puzzles in The Goblin Kingdom is what sets it apart! You will get to experience:

• Inventory logic/combination puzzles
• Hidden object searches
• Pipe puzzles
• Slider 15 puzzles
• Code-breaking games
• Pipe-and-gear puzzles
• Riddles
• Tangrams
• Match-three puzzles
• Spot-the-difference games
• ... and much more!

You can get hints through the in-game hint system, or you can skip puzzles altogether, but keep in mind that a timer only allows you to skip after you've spent enough time trying to solve a puzzle. Conversations with various gnomes, goblins and other magical creatures will also help you progress along your quest.

Immersion Excellence

When it comes to graphics and sound, the two most important qualities for a game's immersivity, the Awakening series has always been known for knocking it out of the park. Its brightly colored, softly focused fairy-tale aesthetic is simply beautiful to move through.

The watercolor hand-painted look and feel of The Goblin Kingdom must be seen to be believed, and it perfectly suits the plot of the story. Soothing, melodious ambient music helps to keep you focused on puzzles, and the whole world exudes a feeling of warmth and safety.

Restore the Kingdom!

With two distinct difficulty levels, Awakening: The Goblin Kingdom offers hours of gameplay and is a worthy title in the burgeoning hidden object genre. With excellent puzzle variety, magical immersion and a compelling storyline, you have everything you need to help Princess Sophia with her quest!
