It's up to you to build water towers, houses and more in order to complete level goals such as earning $9000 rent or building three houses. Levels are timed so you'll have to figure out how to make money fast.

Once you build a house, you must decorate the inside with furniture in order to rent it out. When tenants move in, you must click on the house to collect rent whenever the symbol appears. Face disasters like lightning storms that cause trees to fall into the road and be sure to watch the heart icons to see how happy the tenants are.
