Eating Through Time

The grey goo is back! This time, after making its daring escape from the lab it was “born” in, the blob takes a bite out of the newly-invented time machine that was just so conveniently lying around. Things go as you would expect; the machine activates, and the blob disappears into the past!

Now it’s up to this man-made abomination to devour all it encounters throughout the annals of history! So get ready, and more importantly, get hungry! Because in Tasty Planet: Back for Seconds, the world is your buffet!

True to the Name

If you played the first Tasty Planet, you’ll be right at home here! It’s up to you to increase the size of your blob by eating whatever just so happens to be smaller than it, animal, vegetable and mineral. Like all things, the more it eats, the bigger it gets, and the bigger it can get, the more things it can eat!

But this isn’t just a plate of reheated leftovers. There’s plenty of new stuff to encourage you to do what the title says and come “back for seconds!”

• New zoom feature lets you get a better scope of your surroundings as you grow bigger.
• Grow to untold new sizes! Start out as small as a humble pebble, and grow large enough to engulf entire cities!
• Travel to different lands in different time periods, meet fascinating people, and eat them! You’ll face Roman legionnaires, Egyptian pharaohs, dinosaurs and more!
• New two-player mode available! Play cooperatively across the campaign, gobble things up faster, and share your “meals.”

Unique Levels

Think being an all-consuming blob of nanomachines is easy? Think again! It’s a big and dangerous world, and things are always out there trying to impede your progress.

You might find yourself stuck in a maze of dinosaur bones, forced to work your way through the smaller bones before you can bust through the larger ones that have you trapped. Other times, you’ll be trapped in the middle of a cattle stampede, stuck having to work around the rampaging beasts before getting large enough to consume them.

And that’s to say nothing about the many predators you’ll encounter who somehow got it into their heads that you’ll make a tasty meal. Whatever the case may be, you can bet that no two levels in Back for Seconds will feel alike!
